Decaf – Long in the Socks
This coffee originates in the Mexican state of Chiapas, and is shipped to Germany for its MC process decaffeination. This process of extraction is repeated until the caffeine content has been reduced to or below the legal maximum limit of 0.1%.
The process is engineered to retain as much of the coffee’s naturally occurring oils as possible, as not to sacrifice taste. This is a satisfying cup of coffee- for those who wish to dial it back a bit.
